| Where: | Naval Station San Diego, Pier 5, USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6) |
| Directions: | From I-5, Exit 28th St. stay left on ramp to 28th St. Take 28th St. to E Harbor Dr., turn left on E Harbor Dr. Continue to 32nd St. and make right into main gate. Continue around traffic circle to the left on Ward Rd. Make a right on Bainbridge St. BHR will be straight ahead, moored to Pier 5. (If you pass the NEX you've gone too far). |
| Attire: | Civilian informal. Midshipmen are asked to wear Service Dress Blue NOTE: Wear comfortable shoes. |
| R.S.V.P. | This is a mandatory requirement to gain access to the Naval Station, Pier 5 gate, and the ship’s brow.
Via the RSVP web site. Provide an e-mail contact, names for all guests, school, vehicle license number, make and model. USNA graduates please provide class year. Car pools are suggested. |
| NOTE: | For admission to NAVSTA Main Gate, all visitors must have a picture ID. For those visitors without a current vehicle DoD sticker, your RSVP must provide names, vehicle make, model and license number. |
